Caveman Training: Caveman Training is a fun, hardcore functional style training, where each class is different from the next. This class includes various methods of training, by implementing strongman style workouts to really challenge you!

Kettlebells: Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, improve your fitness or get stronger, Kettlebell Training can help you achieve your overall fitness goal!

TRX: This mix of gravity resistant movements provides the ultimate workout to one looking for strength, endurance, balance, co ordination, flexibility, power and core stability all at an intensity that works for you.

Boxercise Blast: A full body workout based on the skills and techniques of ring craft. This non – contact class incorporates bag and pad work along with circuits to provide a quality workout that is also a lot of fun.

Mixed Circuits: This 45 minute workout will rev up your metabolism, torch fat, crush calories and keep you moving from start to finish. Various formats and equipment used.

Lunctime Xpress: What better way to break up your day than with this 30 – minute, total body exercise class! We’ll keep you moving the entire time so you can get a cardio workout while also building strength and core stabilisation. This class will leave you feeling energised and ready to take on the rest of the day!

TRX Circuits: Shape up fast with TRX Circuit, a super-charged combo of strength and cardio training. Our unique interval program joins TRX Suspension Training with the benefits of high intensity fat burning. Come along if you want to boost your metabolism and tone up fast.

Strength and Conditioning Mix: Designed to shape, tone and strengthen your entire body using barbells and dumbells along with adding body weight exercises for extra conditioning. An effective, fun and safe workout. Beginner through to advanced trainees welcome.

Stretch and Strength: This class will help you develop strength, muscular endurance and core stability with 45 minutes of work loaded with variety. Including a 15 minute mobility focus, especially good for anyone sitting at a desk all day!!
