CHARITY DAY TIMETABLE IN AID OF LAURA LYNN: 1st December 2018

– 10am: Krav Maga
– 11am to 11.45am: Marcins Monkeys
– 12pm to 12.45: BD Fit
– 1 to 1.45pm: Movement and Mobility/Callisthenics
– 2 to 2.45pm: SSS – Special Suprise Session!!
Hilary will also be on hand throughout the day to offer sports massages and there will be various games and competitions happening!
