Free Trial Bootcamp kicking off on Monday 28th May! We currently have 3 places available for our Trial Bootcamp which includes the following.
What is the Christchurch Fitness Centre Body Transformation Bootcamp? It is a safe and supportive Bootcamp for ladies who are looking to tone up and get into great shape using circuit type training to achieve your goals. The ways we help you to achieve those goals are:
- Three training sessions a week
- A Trainer directing every move for maximum effectiviness
- A Facebook Group for additional support and motivation
- A dynamic and enjoyable class environment where everyone is made to feel welcome (the class becomes your community)
- Food Diary Analysis to make sure that you food intake is being kept on track for best results
- Food and recipe plan to ensure the guesswork is taken out of what you are eating
- Accountability throughout
- Access to other classes within the Christchurch Fitness Centre if you cannot make certain Bootcamp sessions
- Number of bonus Saturday morning sessions for extra results
Who is it for? The Bootcamp is designed for women of all fitness levels looking for weight loss and to tone up using an effective exercise and nutrition system.
When are the Classes? Each Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the Christchurch Fitness Centre.
