Caveman Training: Caveman Training is a fun, hardcore functional style training, where each class is different from the next. This class includes various methods of training, by implementing strongman style workouts to really challenge you!

Body Development FIT: Our newest class taken from the AOM Mentorship in Bath this is an intense workout utilising Body Weight and Ball exercises to give you a hugely effective HIIT session, ramping up your metabolism and also working your core in the process. Previous HIIT/Circuit experience necessary.







Boxercise Blast: A full body workout based on the skills and techniques of ring craft. This non – contact class incorporates bag and pad work along with circuits to provide a quality workout that is also a lot of fun.

Mixed Circuits: This 45 minute workout will rev up your metabolism, torch fat, crush calories and keep you moving from start to finish. Various formats and equipment used.

Lunctime Xpress: What better way to break up your day than with this 30 – minute, total body exercise class! We’ll keep you moving the entire time so you can get a cardio workout while also building strength and core stabilisation. This class will leave you feeling energised and ready to take on the rest of the day!

Animal Flow: Animal Flow is an innovative fitness program that combines quadrupedal and ground-based movement with elements from various body-weight-training disciplines to create a fun, challenging workout emphasising multi-planar, fluid movement. On each Thursday at 8pm, it is the perfect session for anyone looking to improve their flexibility, conditioning and strength while learning how to move in new and exciting ways.


Strength and Conditioning: Designed to shape, tone and strengthen your entire body using barbells and dumbells along with adding body weight exercises for extra conditioning. An effective, fun and safe workout. Beginner through to advanced trainees welcome.
